After the first kit that I received as a gift from a friend, I have decided to buy some more kits because I had so much fun with it!
I've just started to work on "Sunlit Flutter", it's a bit more challenging but I can't wait to see the final result!
Turned out great! Color and detail level is very close to the original picture. I got the framed, 36 color version. Relaxing! Finished in 8-9 sittings. Bought it as one in a trio of butterflies. Can't wait to do the other 2.
Just opened it up and put the stickers on the paint pots. I’m 68 and it’s quite painful for my hands to remove the paint lids. Also, lids are not attached, which is a big inconvenience for me. The lids have to be placed somewhere that can get paint on it, because lids are full of paint, but have to be rightside up so I can see what number I’m working on. I don’t think I’ll purchase this brand again.
This was my first time ordering from Craftoria although I’ve done several other successful number paintings by other companies. Every paint pot in the kit was so thick I couldn’t paint. I purchased a “medium” from Amazon to thin the paints to no avail. Unfortunately, I had to dispose of the kit because of the poor paint condition.
I loved painting it so have purchased another. The paints in the butterfly set were on the pasty side and I found they spread more easily if i added water to the brush before painting. The second kit doesn’t need that. Nice selection of pictures to choose from.
