1. Can I do this if I’m a beginner?
Yes! Our kits are designed for artists of all levels. The numbered areas and guided colors make it easy to follow along, even if you’ve never painted before.

2. What comes in each kit?
Every kit includes a pre-printed, numbered canvas (framed or unframed), a full-size reference sheet, a color guide, a full set of acrylic paints, and 3 brushes of various sizes.

3. How long does it take to finish a kit?
It depends on the size of the kit. Simpler 24-color canvases usually take around 5–10 hours, while larger 48-color kits can take up to 30 hours to complete. Many people enjoy spreading the project out over multiple painting sessions, or even working on it with a friend.

4. Do I need to buy extra supplies?
No — everything you need to complete the kit is included. That said, we do offer helpful accessories on our website (such as easels and extra brushes) that can make painting more comfortable, but they aren’t required.

5. Can kids do paint by numbers?
Yes! Kids often enjoy smaller or simpler kits. Adult supervision is recommended since the paints are acrylic-based and can stain clothing or surfaces.

6. How should I get rid of creases in the canvas?
Unframed canvases may have wrinkles from shipping, but these are easy to fix. Place the canvas face-down on a towel and gently iron the back on low heat (no steam) with a protective cloth in between. You can also stretch it on a frame, which helps smooth it out. Our framed canvases do not have this issue.

7. What if I run out of paint?
Most kits include enough paint to complete the canvas. If you need more, please reach out to us at support@craftoria.com and we will send you fresh paints free of charge.

8. Do you offer custom paint by numbers?
Yes! You can navigate to our Custom Paint by Numbers product page, upload your photo, and place the order directly through our website. We can also send you a preview of your custom kit before you purchase, to make sure we get it just right.
