Wholesale Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipment. If any items arrive damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • We will replace these items promptly at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or incorrect quantity:

  • Inform us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • We'll quickly resolve the issue and cover all related shipping costs.

General Returns (Non-Damaged / Non-Incorrect)

General returns or exchanges not due to damage or order errors are handled on a case-by-case basis at Craftoria's sole discretion. Approval will depend on the specific situation and condition of the products. If approved:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Approved returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds or credits are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

All return decisions by Craftoria are final.
