What kind of photo works best?
Use a bright, sharp, high-resolution image with one clear subject. Leave a little space around faces and important details so the composition has room to breathe.
Which color count should I choose?
Choose 24 for a simpler, bolder painting; 36 for the best balance of detail and ease; or 48 when you want the most shading and definition.
What happens after I upload my photo?
Your image is converted into a numbered design and matched with a custom paint set. Because the kit is made for you, preparation happens before it enters the delivery network.
Is a frame included?
A frame is included only when you choose a framed variant. Select “No Frame” if you prefer the numbered canvas without frame components.
How do shipping, tracking, and returns work?

I had this kit—custom-made for my friend who’s an Attorney here in Orlando. I have to say, it was a bit challenging, but it really went beyond my expectations once finished. Needless to say, she loved it! Thank you, CRAFTORIA. If I were to change anything, I would have selected the 48-color kit instead!

Paint needs to be thicker to cover the numbers
I love the painting but the paint seemed really watered down. I had to repaint several times to cover numbers.

Love this product, it’s relaxing and the finished product has always been outstanding. However, I was recently disappointed in the new packaging, the box was so much nicer for storage and the newer just makes the product look cheap.
It took 4.5 weeks for production and delivery (this felt VERY long). The canvases are very detailed (too detailed compared to what I've done in the past). I think the finished product will be good, but it's going to take quite a while to finish.
We’ve done 3 custom painting kits from Craftoria now, this being our third, we did 2 from other companies previously but the quality just wasn’t there. The first one we did was so detailed we could literally see wrinkles on the person’s hands in the painting, and the most recent one I thought would come out only alright due to the amount of detail involved but it looks amazing so far!! It’s going to be a birthday gift for my partner’s grandfather!!
These kits are my favorite way to relax. I have completed all my grandchildren twice and all the family dogs. This is Rocky and I am working on her. Thank you.
Extremely detailed. Very realistic
The eyes in the photo had no detail and were black. So it made me have to purchase another canvas and try a new photo and brighten it heavily.
I had attempted to do a custom painting with another company but I felt the colors were all wrong. This kit captured the essence of the dog and the coloring was perfect! Plus I truly enjoyed working on this painting!

My friends daughter had to put her 14 year old beagle to sleep a couple of months ago so I decided to surprise her with this painting from one of her favorite pictures of him. I gave it to her last night and she was beyond happy!

First a disclaimer. I am experienced painter. I did many paint by number kits as a young girl. This is my fourth kit from Craftoria, and it is addictive. I have made many mistakes like not ordering an already stretched canvas and not putting the paint on thick enough. Hence, I have a great deal of left over paint. On the bright side, I have learned some tricks along the way. I use painters blue tape to make a nice even edge. I twist my brush to use as much paint as possible. Oh and thanks for not sending me any more brushes. My next project will be of an Iris from my garden. Eventually, I hope to paint scenes from every national park we have visited. Keep up the splendid work.
This is my first time with Craftoria but I am sold. I haven’t done a landscape/scenery before but this was really fun. I love the beautiful colors and how vibrant it looks. Can’t wait to do the other one I ordered.

I absolutely love it. The only thing I would say is maybe having a separate sheet of the picture la with the #'s. Once it dries I notice that I have to give a second coat but I don't remember the #'s.

Es un kit de excelente calidad las pinturas, los pinceles y el cuadro todo es muy bueno, volvería a comprar solo el ubico inconveniente fue que tardo bastante en llegar por algunos problemas de comunicación con el área de soporte pero si dieran respuesta más pronto o tener otro medio de comunicación aparte del email sería excelente ya que sus productos son muy buenos.
