Getting started
5 answersCan I do this if I’m a beginner?
Yes. Our kits are designed for painters of all levels. The numbered areas and guided colors make it easy to follow along, even if you have never painted before.
What comes in each kit?
Every kit includes a pre-printed numbered canvas, a full-size reference sheet, a color guide, a full set of acrylic paints, and three brushes in different sizes. The canvas is framed or unframed according to the option you choose.
How long does it take to finish a kit?
Timing depends on the design, canvas size, detail level, color count, and your pace. Simpler designs can be completed in a few focused sittings, while detailed canvases often become a longer project. Many painters spread the experience over several relaxed sessions.
Do I need to buy extra supplies?
No. Everything required to complete the kit is included. Optional accessories such as easels or extra brushes can make painting more comfortable, but they are not required.
Can kids do paint by numbers?
Yes. Children often enjoy smaller or simpler kits. Adult supervision is recommended because acrylic paint can stain clothing and surfaces.
Canvas & paint
2 answersHow should I get rid of creases in the canvas?
Place an unframed canvas face-down on a towel and gently iron the back on low heat with no steam, using a protective cloth between the iron and canvas. Stretching it on a frame can also help smooth it. Framed canvases should not require this step.
What if I run out of paint?
Most kits include enough paint to complete the canvas. If you need more, email support@craftoria.com and our team will send fresh paint free of charge.
