Shipping & Delivery
Lead times vary depending on the size of your order. Most wholesale orders are processed within 7–14 business days, plus shipping time. We’ll confirm your estimated delivery date when we send your invoice.

Shipping is calculated based on weight, order size, and delivery location. Since rates vary, we’ll provide the exact shipping cost when we prepare your custom invoice.
Products & Inventory
We release new paint-by-number designs at least once a month. Our wholesale catalog is refreshed regularly, so you’ll always have something new to offer your customers.
Yes! We can produce custom bulk orders, whether it’s a location-specific design, a branded theme, or a unique concept for your shop. Reach out to us with details, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote and timeline.
If a design is temporarily out of stock, don’t worry! We can usually produce more inventory quickly. As long as your order is placed at least three weeks before you need it, we’ll ensure your items are ready in time.
Payments & Terms
Wholesale orders are processed via manual invoice. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and ACH bank transfer.
At this time, all wholesale orders require payment upfront. As our wholesale program grows, we may introduce Net 30 or credit terms in the future.
Returns & Issues
If any items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly provide replacements or a partial refund for the affected products.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on unsold wholesale items. Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
