Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipment. If any items arrive damaged or defective:

We will replace these items promptly at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product or incorrect quantity:

General Returns (Non-Damaged / Non-Incorrect)
General returns or exchanges not due to damage or order errors are handled on a case-by-case basis at Craftoria's sole discretion. Approval will depend on the specific situation and condition of the products. If approved:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Approved returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds & Credits
