Great service cool paintings
Quite hard to get the small lines, but very pleasing result
I’ve tried a few different paint by numbers kits and so far, Craftoria is my favourite. I chose the framed 48-colour version of this painting. Pros: - Of the sets I bought, this one was the easiest and fastest to complete. The lines aren’t hard to follow and the sections are larger than in many other paint by number kits. - you don’t have to mix colours with each other. Some other kits ask you to blend your own colours which is hard to keep consistent. - the brushes provided by Craftoria have held up through the entire painting (I’ve completed 3). - the wooden frame is nice to have so you can hang it immediately. Because if you are like me it will take 8 months to gather enough executive function to remember to go out and get the thing framed. - the quality of paint is good. They are concentrated, so I added water to my preferred consistency. It’s a challenge to find the right balance of water- thinner paint is easier to work with when you are in very tiny sections, but with lighter colours you may need several coats to cover up the black number that’s in the centre of each section. - enough paint is provided. It’s a little thing but I’ve had paint by number sets where I had to run out to buy more paint because I ran out of a colour. Cons - the wooden frame leaves a physical mark on the canvas, because you spend a lot of time working on it which applies pressure, so the frame seems to rub and crease the painting. - it can be tedious to add water to every colour - I found in the 48-colour version, some of the colours are so close to each other they almost aren’t distinguishable. For some colours I’d spend time painting a complex section, only to discover the adjacent bordering colour was nearly identical and made it impossible to distinguish all the detail I’d just worked on. That was frustrating! Maybe this wouldn’t happen in the 24- or 36-colour versions. - The actual painting does not have as much detail as in the product image provided by Craftoria. I recognize that a painted version would have less detail, but I do find it misleading that the image provided is not exactly what you’re going to paint. I would like Craftoria to consider having renderings of what the 24, 36, and 48 colour versions actually look like. Considerations: - a magnifying glass, a silicone mat, plastic palette trays and a book or desk light go a long way - this project takes TIME. many many hours. - you may want to get additional brushes from a craft store - I lowkey injured by wrist and my neck by hyper focusing on this craft for way too many hours at once. Take breaks, my friend.

The colors are more vivid than the original "Under the Wave off Karagawa" by Hokusai but it makes for a more lively image. It was fun to to do this image and set it next to the original. All in all, well worth the money
Awesome print great paint
Loved this project but was missing an additional Number 33 paint as the kit recommended 2 of that number due to its high use. Did not have enough of this color to complete painting and had to purchase additional black paint which didn’t match to complete the project.

I painted this one first out of the six I ordered,so I knew I would need to allow myself some wiggle room to mess up here and there. It is so supremely relaxing to paint these. In happy with what I've gotten done so far, and excited to put it on the wall or frame it and give as a gift when completed!
Peinture en cours de réalisation. Activité plaisante. Gros plus: la toile est livrée roulée et pas pliée comme sur d'autres sites et la peinture est bien couvrante, on ne voit pas les numéros. Petit bémol sur les pinceaux. Je conseille ce site et ce produit.
